Issue: Joint Wax is hard to Turn

When a stick of Joint Wax is hard to turn and appears stuck, the stick is to cold. Joint Wax is a blend of all natural waxs and when the temprature falls to low the wax becomes stiff. If Joint Wax is already applied and it gets cold the wax will still grip and hold.

Solution: Warm the Joint Wax tube

The tube needs to be warmed up and can be accomplished in multiple fashions. You can place the tube between the palms of your hands and rub the tube back and forth for 20 seconds or until the tube is warm. The tube can be placed in your pocket and your body temperature will bring the tube up to operational temps. Store the tube in a room above 70 degrees F.

What are your ordering policies?

Minimum Order: Minimum order is one single tube, one single 3-pack or one 25-pack of Joint Wax™ or Slide Right™

Back Orders: Out of stock items must be reordered.

COD: We do not offer COD.

Payment Forms & Policies: We accept only PayPal in our online store. PayPal accepts all forms of payment. Please see PayPal for their payments options. We DO NOT store your Credit Card details on our server as all payments are handled through the PayPal portal. After checkout you will receive an email confirmation containing a copy of your invoice.

Tax: Texas Residents will be charged tax in the amount of 8.25% unless you file a Texas Sales and Use tax permit with our purchasing department.

Do you accept returns?

We package all items as well as we possibly can and make every attempt to get your merchandise delivered to you on time in an undamaged condition. It is the responsibility of the receiver to immediately notify Ballistic Creations of damaged merchandise. In the event of product shortage you must contact us within 48 hours. We will check our inventory to determine if this was an error on our end or shipper theft. We do not accept the return of any products, unless authorized by Ballistic Creations with an RMA number, so please examine your shipments well upon arrival.

What are your shipping and handling policies?

Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. All shipments will come via USPS unless specified otherwise. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Federal holidays and do not ship during these times.

Orders are downloaded several times a day. We try to ship orders the same day they are received, but sometimes it isn’t possible due to order volume – so please allow at least two business days to process your order.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. Any additions to your order will be treated as a new order and shipped separately.

We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Do not count these days towards your total ship time. Point of departure is Houston, Texas.

Do you have a privacy policy?

We respect your right to privacy & agree not to share or sell any of your personal information. This information is collected for the sole purpose of billing and shipping, which is done through the PayPal portal. All items on this web site are to be considered the property of Ballistic Creations and may not be used without prior authorization.

Anything else I should know?

All of our products are offered in good faith but without guarantee. Due to the variety of industries served, products are sold without warranty of any kind. Purchasers will, by their own tests and evaluations, determine suitability of such products for their specific use. We assume no liability for damage and/or injury resulting from the use of products supplied by this company. In no event will we be liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from loss of use or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use/suitability of products. While we test all products, we cannot make any guarantee that these products will agree with everyone. Instructions or tips we offer are from our own personal experiences or from our testers. We cannot guarantee that these will work in your particular circumstances. As per our terms and conditions, once a package has been received we can no longer vouch for the contents. Therefore, we do not accept product returns. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. All prices and policies are subject to change without notice.
